Cancellation policy

Here at Bethany Alexandra Hair we operate on a 48 hour reschedule/cancellation notice policy. We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice if you do wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.

Same-day cancellations or no shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

Patch Test Policy

A patch test must be carried out a minimum of 48 hours prior to your colour application appointment, without this your colour service will not be valid. Once you have had your patch test and no reaction has occurred the patch test will then be valid for 6 months.
